How it works
If you are employed by Scaleworks or a Scaleworks portfolio company and we end up hiring the candidate you referred, you are eligible for a $1,000 bonus.
In order to be eligible, your referral must be received before the candidate applies to any job. After you submit the referral form, please encourage the candidate to also complete the online application for the specific role. You will receive your referral fee after the new hire completes 90 days in their role. You must also be employed with the company at the time the bonus is due in order to receive it. Please note that bonus may have applicable taxes withheld.
